If you’re looking for a day trip of dolphin watching, spotting sea turtles, and snorkeling the reef in crystal clear turquoise waters, a deck boat is a great choice. Deck boats are roomy, comfortable and a whole lot of fun to drive. With powerful four-stroke engines, you’ll be up on a plane and running for open water in seconds, with civilization trailing off in your wake. Key West Custom Fishing Charters

When it comes to fishing, Key West Charters / Key West boat charters rank among the best fishing charters in the United States. There are two main styles of fishing boats to choose from: Sport Fishers and Center Console.

Sport Fishing boats tend to be larger, running from around 30 feet to well over 65 feet, and are hired with a captain and crew. Sport Fishers easily handle five or six anglers on the same trip. They have flybridges for finding fish and fighting chairs for getting them in the boat. Most come with air conditioning cabins and heads. If comfort is important to you or your guests, sport fishing boats are definitely the way to go.

Center Consoles are designed to get to the hunting grounds fast, giving you more time to fish. They can also hold multiple anglers, between four and six. On a center console, there is no crew. It’s just captain and anglers, which gives you as much hands-on involvement as you like. You can rig your own rods and bait your own hooks if you like. After a full day of fighting Sailfish, Black Fin Tuna, or some monster Mahi Mahi, there’s nothing like returning to beautiful Key West for a few beers and some fishermen’s bragging in paradise.

Key West Custom Yacht Charters

Topping the food chain of Key West exclusive charter boats are the big power yachts, 75 to over 300 feet in length. With a captain and full complement of crew, these are the perfect vessels to charter for special events or corporate retreats.

Or why not entertain your most important clients on a two-day cruise to the Dry Tortugas or up the entire Florida Keys archipelago?
